Buenos Aires (meaning: Good Air) is located on the estuary of the Río de la Plata. It is the third largest urban area in Latin America, the home to 13 million porteños (people of the port). With it's spacious boulevards and European-influenced architecture Buenos Aires is often referred to as the "Paris of South America".
